Production that leaves the studio
Live podcast recordings, on-site case study videos, and full event production: the same production quality, out in the room where it happens.
Three ways we bring production on-site
What it looks like varies by project: here's the range of what we've run.
Live podcast recording
We bring the studio to your event: set design, guest coordination, and equipment, capturing audio and video in front of a live audience. We can host and ask the questions ourselves, or hand the mic to your team.
On-site case study videos
We travel to a client's customer location to capture their story on camera: planning the shoot, filming on-site, and editing it into a finished video.
Event production
For full programs, like our TEDx work, we run production for the entire event, not just a single recording, start to finish.
How we run it
Every format above runs through the same three phases.
Pre-production
Set design, who's invited, logistics, and planning, worked out with you before anyone shows up.
Production
We show up with equipment and crew to capture audio and video, sometimes hosting and asking the questions ourselves.
Post-production
Editing, mixing, and delivery: turning what we captured on-site into a finished, usable piece of content.
Who it's for
Mostly the same EdTech and education organizations we produce podcasts for, bringing that same production into a conference floor, a customer site, or an event. Occasionally we take on a special project outside that lane, like our TEDx production, when it's the right fit.
Live production work
On-site production we've delivered for partners.
